As a company, HowNow is ISO 27001 certified, fully GDPR compliant, and UK Cyber Essential Plus certified. We partner with Open AI to provide our Generative AI capabilities, which are trained on our proprietary Skills Framework. All HowNow customers on our Pro plan have these features in their platform fee! It works out at only an additional £10 per user per year.

What skills framework does HowNow use?

We've created our own Skills Framework for over 30,000 different job roles. We used data from a combination of millions of data points: The World Economic Forum, live job listings, job description databases and other sources. We also update our skills framework regularly, to ensure you're getting a dynamic taxonomy of skills.
