Accessibility Statement

At HowNow we passionately believe in empowering all of our Users by giving them access to knowledge at the point of need. We believe that knowledge should be available to everyone and this is why accessibility is a key area of focus for us and our teams are continuously working on improving the accessibility of our platform.

These initiatives include:

• Audits – We strive to conform with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We carry out internal and independent audits against these guidelines.
• Feedback – We actively seek User feedback from our Customers in relation to accessibility, including direct calls with our Product Team.
• Accessibility by Design – Accessibility is one of the core principles of our internal design process. Our Product Team continuously review Customer feedback, in conjunction with findings from accessibility audits, to improve the accessibility of our platform.
• User Testing – We carry out regular testing of any accessibility improvements made with a diverse Test User base and external accessibility consultants.

We appreciate that we still have a long way to go before we fully conform with the WCAG guidelines – however, we are committed to continuous improvement in making our platform accessible to all.
